I had some very interesting interviews at Perfectly Matched last week which included;

A man, late 50’s, divorced, highly educated, self employed, and his long term goal his marriage. He is tall, fit, active, handsome, and open to all races. He is a strong believer and wants to meet a lady who shares his faith.

He enjoys mountain biking, movies, jazz, travel, working out, networking, volunteering, and believes is giving back to the community.

He is very easy going, a little shy, a romantic, and very financially responsible.

He said “My parents were the salt of the earth kind of people, my brothers were my best friends and I had a wonderful childhood. I would love to meet a lady who had a similar upbringing and will join me in marriage that will last the rest of our lives.”

He is going to think about becoming a new client and give me a call next week.

A lady, mid 30’s, highly educated, ABS (always been single), her long term goal is marriage and children. She is tall, slender, beautiful, and looks ten years younger than her age. She is a teacher and has a real heart for children.

She works out regularly, enjoys hiking, and loves music, theaters, and the arts in general. She is well traveled and has been to Ireland, England, France, Germany and Mexico. She goes to church on a weekly basis, and sings in the choir. She owns her home, is financially stable and would love to be a stay at home mom. Her mother was a stay at home mom and her family is a very important part of her life. She and her siblings often have dinner with their parents. A man who appreciates and respects her family, and his, is very important to her.

She volunteers for a number of nonprofit organizations and stays very busy, but also enjoys chilling out on a Friday night watching and movie and having a glass of wine.

She said “I feel very confident that I want to work with you but I never make a decision without sleeping on it over night.”
I said “I never press anyone to make a decision on the spot, take your time and let me know what you would like to do.”
She has already called me and set an appointment to come in this week.

My last appointment on Saturday was a man, mid 50’s, divorced, a doctor, his long term goal is a serious long term relationship and he would consider marriage with a good prenuptial.

I really enjoyed my interview with him. He was so down to earth and forth right, not at all pretentious.
He said “I know height is an issue for ladies but I think that is my only short coming, so to speak.” He has a great sense of humor, he’s not that short, he has a fabulous smile and he is a very attractive man.

He has a gym in his home and I bet he has the same size waist he had in high school. He enjoys hiking, museums, live theater, movies, travel, he loves music and plays a couple of instruments.

When I asked him physically what was important to him he said “I like a lady who is well endowed, as opposed to someone who is very thin.” He is most attracted to Caucasian and Asian women.

When I shared my programs and the price with him he said “I came prepared.” Then he paid cash. He told me he has seen my ads for years and when he went to my website and read my diaries he knew he wanted to work with me. I am thrilled to have him as a new client.

I had a message on my answering machine this morning from a lady I matched in March 2011.
She said “You asked me to give you a call if we moved to the next level and I want you to know Jack and I are getting married.” I haven’t called her back to find out when and where yet but I knew this couple would eventually marry. I matched him 14 times before I matched him with her and he was her first match. Only proves what I so often say…”It only takes one right one!” He is one of my favorite clients because, although he was discouraged at times, he never gave up…and neither did I.

To be continued………………………….
