My first appointment today is a man, early 50’s, divorced, educated and his long term goal is a committed relationship.

He said “I would like to live with someone but I don’t want to get married again. If I don’t get married I don’t have to worry about getting divorced a third time.”

He has a very dry sense of humor and likes to laugh and make others laugh.
He said “The last lady I dated told me she loved me after we had seen each other a half a dozen times.”
I said “How did you respond?”
He said “I said well, I’m a lovable guy.”

He is recently retired from a 30 year career he started when he was 22.
I said “You are so young to be retired. What do you do with your time?”
He said “Make money. I am always doing something to make money, and I always will.”

He has a strong desire to travel with someone special.
He said “I was a workaholic for 30 years. Now I want to enjoy the fruits of my labor and number one on the bucket list is to travel.
He wants to go to Italy, Germany, Tahiti, Hawaii, and take some cruises for starters.
He enjoys skiing, hiking, reading, movies, and spending time with family and friends.

The conflict in matching him is that he wants to date ladies 40 to 50 and he prefers their children be grown and on their own. He also wants someone who can travel frequently.
I said “In this age range is it very common for them to still have children at home. Also, most of these ladies have full time careers and their availability to travel might not be as often as you would like.”
He said “Find me the right lady and I’ll will make the rest of it work.

He’s right, with the right person you can make almost anything work.

The kids are back in school and fall is just around the corner. Now is a great time to make your personal life a priority.
Call 260-1000 for your no obligation interview and maybe you will be falling in love this fall!
