Donna's Daily Diary - March 1, 2010
The Olympics are over and we can all get back to life as usual. Business usually slows down whenever the Olympics, summer or winter, are happening. Everyone gets distracted, including me. I watched more this year than ever, and I really enjoyed it. Of course, the Matchmaker side of me is always drawn to the emotional moments and this was a very emotional Olympics. Any time I think I am feeling stressed I am going to remember the incredible stress the beautiful young lady from Korea, who won the gold medal in figure skating, must have felt knowing the only acceptable option for her nation was for her to win the “Gold”. Luckily, she did, and she did it beautifully. The Olympics are over, SPRING is just around the corner, and it’s time to start thinking about love, romance, hot summer nights and finding someone special.
I have three appointments tomorrow, 56, 42, and 24 years old. Age makes no difference, love knows no boundaries, and if Vienna can win Jake’s heart, there is hope for everyone. Sorry, I actually do watch the Bachelor, occasionally.
To be continued tomorrow…………
